At Alexander Hutton, we strive for sartorial perfection; however, if your selection is not quite right, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Parcel

Carefully place the items in their original Alexander Hutton packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Dispatch and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
